By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or older where your country requires it). You're responsible for your account and password.

2. What JAEKA is

JAEKA lets you create, remix, and post AI-generated images and video and share them. You're responsible for what you create and post.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on JAEKA. You may not create, upload, post, remix, or share content that is: sexually explicit or suggestive, or any sexual content involving minors; violent, gory, or promoting self-harm or harm to others; hateful, harassing, or bullying; illegal or promoting illegal acts; deceptive, spam, scams, or impersonation; or infringing on someone's rights or privacy. This applies to AI-generated content exactly as it does to anything else — you are responsible for what you generate.

4. Real people

Don't depict a real, identifiable person in a false, sexual, demeaning, or harmful way.

5. Enforcement

You can report content and block users inside the app. We may hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with no tolerance for abusive users. Reported content may be automatically hidden while it is reviewed.

6. No warranty

JAEKA is provided "as is." AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — use your judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.
