Built into the app

Report content: tap ⋯ on any post → Report. Reported content can be automatically hidden while it's reviewed.
Block someone: from their profile — you won't see each other's content or messages.
Delete your account: profile → ⋯ menu → Delete account. Immediate and irreversible; removes your profile, content, and messages.
