Removing intimate images published without consent
JAEKA — to be published at jaeka.ai/ncii
JAEKA prohibits intimate images of a person published without that person's consent — including AI-generated, "deepfake," and digitally altered images. If you are depicted in such content on JAEKA, you can have it removed.
You do not need a JAEKA account to make a request. This process is open to anyone.
Who can make a request
- The person depicted in the image or video; or
- someone authorized to act on that person's behalf (for example, a parent, guardian, lawyer, or other authorized representative).
What counts
Any photograph, video, or AI-generated or digitally altered depiction that shows you in an intimate or sexually explicit way, published on JAEKA without your consent. It does not matter whether the image is real, edited, or entirely synthetic — an AI-generated depiction of you is covered.
Content sexualizing anyone under 18 is prohibited absolutely, is removed on sight, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
How to make a request
Email ncii@jaeka.ai with:
- Your signature — physical or electronic (typing your full name at the end of the email is sufficient).
- Identification of the content — enough information for us to find it, such as the post link, the @username who posted it, and a description. Please do not attach the intimate image itself.
- A statement of non-consent — a brief statement that you are the person depicted (or authorized to act for them) and have a good-faith belief that the content was published without your consent.
- Your contact information — an email address or phone number so we can reach you.
If you prefer, signed-in users can also report the post in the app (⋯ → Report), which can hide it faster — but the email process above is the one that carries our removal commitment.
What we do, and how fast
We remove qualifying content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on the platform.
Removal means the content is deleted from JAEKA and purged from our content delivery network, so cached copies stop being served.
We may also suspend or terminate the account that posted it, and report to law enforcement where appropriate.
Confidentiality
We treat these requests confidentially. We do not publish your identity, and we do not share your request with the person who posted the content except where we are legally required to.
Good-faith removals
We may remove content in good faith based on a request under this policy without independently determining the underlying facts. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact support@jaeka.ai.
