Community Guidelines
JAEKA
JAEKA is a place to create, share, and remix — with AI. These Community Guidelines keep it creative, safe, and welcoming. They apply to everyone and to everything on the platform: posts, images, video, captions, comments, direct messages, profiles, usernames, prompts, and remixes. They are part of our Terms of Use. Breaking them can lead to content removal, feature limits, or account suspension or termination.
Two principles guide everything below: be respectful of other people, and be honest about what your content is.
Everything on JAEKA is AI-generated by design, and every post shows the prompt and the model that made it. That is the honesty baseline — the rules below are about not abusing it.
What's not allowed
Illegal activity. Don't use JAEKA for anything illegal, or to promote, facilitate, or coordinate illegal acts, including the sale of illegal or regulated goods.
Child safety. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, and sexualized depictions of minors — real or AI-generated. We remove it, terminate accounts, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by law. Our prompt filter blocks attempts to generate this content, and evading that filter is itself a violation.
Non-consensual intimate imagery. Never post intimate or sexual images of a person without their consent — including AI-generated, "deepfake," and digitally altered images. If you are depicted in such content on JAEKA, you can have it removed within 48 hours; see Terms of Use §8 or jaeka.ai/ncii. You do not need an account to make a request.
Adult and sexual content. JAEKA is not a platform for pornographic or sexually explicit material. Don't post sexually explicit or graphically suggestive content. Our safety filters block explicit prompts and flag explicit results.
Violence and dangerous organizations. Don't post credible threats, incitement to violence, or content that promotes or provides material support to terrorist or violent extremist groups. Don't post instructions for weapons or other seriously harmful activities.
Harassment and bullying. Don't target people with abuse, threats, degrading content, unwanted sexual attention, or coordinated harassment. Don't encourage others to harass someone. If someone is bothering you, you can block them — you will disappear from each other's feeds, comments, and messages.
Hate speech. Don't attack, dehumanize, or promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious disease.
Self-harm and suicide. Don't promote, encourage, or provide instructions for suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or a trusted person. In the US you can call or text 988.
Graphic and shocking content. Don't post gratuitously graphic, gory, or shocking material, including to glorify violence or suffering.
Deceptive synthetic media. AI creation is the point of JAEKA — deception is not. Don't create content that impersonates a real person to defraud or mislead, fabricates a real event to be taken as real, or otherwise uses realistic AI media to cause serious harm. The full rules on likeness and synthetic depictions of real people are in Terms of Use §9.
Misinformation causing harm. Don't post false or misleading content that could cause real-world harm, such as dangerous health misinformation or content designed to suppress voting or interfere with civic processes.
Impersonation and fake engagement. Don't impersonate people, brands, or organizations, or misrepresent your affiliation. Don't use bots, fake accounts, or bought engagement to manipulate reach.
Spam and scams. Don't post repetitive, unsolicited, or deceptive content, phishing, fraud, pyramid schemes, or malicious links.
Privacy violations. Don't share someone's private or identifying information (doxxing) without consent, or content obtained through hacking or unauthorized access. Don't upload photos of other people to edit or animate without their permission.
Intellectual property. Don't post content you don't have the rights to — this especially includes photographs you upload to enhance, edit, or animate. Respect copyright and trademarks. Copyright owners can request removal through the DMCA process in Terms of Use §10.
Platform abuse. Don't try to bypass our safety filters, moderation, usage limits, or budgets; don't scrape the Services or other people's content; and don't use JAEKA content to train AI models.
Remixing responsibly
Remixing is at the heart of JAEKA. Every public post can be remixed, and remix credit is applied automatically — each remix links back to the post it came from. When you remix:
- follow the Remix Licence;
- don't remove, obscure, or falsify remix credit;
- don't use remixing to harass a creator or misrepresent their work; and
- remember that a remix is your own creation and your own responsibility — the rules above apply to it exactly as they do to anything else.
If someone remixes your work in a way that breaks these Guidelines, report it.
How we enforce
Depending on severity, context, and history, we may:
- remove or restrict content;
- limit features or visibility;
- issue a warning or a temporary suspension; or
- permanently disable an account.
Some enforcement is automatic: prompts that violate our rules are refused before anything is generated, results flagged as explicit are not delivered, and a post reported by several different people is hidden automatically while we review it.
Zero tolerance — one strike, no warning. These end an account immediately and permanently, on the first occurrence, with no warning and no restoration:
- any sexual content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated and altered images;
- credible threats of violence;
- content promoting terrorism or violent extremism; and
- sexual exploitation, solicitation, or grooming of any person.
We remove this content on sight, terminate the account, and report to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.
For everything else we consider context — including educational, documentary, artistic, satirical, or newsworthy value — and the response scales with severity and history.
Reporting and appeals
- Report content — tap ⋯ on any post and choose Report. Reports are confidential, and reporting is available to every signed-in user.
- Block someone — from their profile. Blocking is mutual and immediate.
- Copyright — use the DMCA process in Terms of Use §10 (dmca@jaeka.ai), which follows a specific legal procedure.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — ncii@jaeka.ai or jaeka.ai/ncii; no account required, 48-hour removal.
- Impersonation or misuse of someone's likeness — report in-app or email support@jaeka.ai.
- Emergencies — if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- Appeals — if we act on your content or account, email support@jaeka.ai and we will review it. We are a small team; we answer as quickly as we can.
Changes
We may update these Guidelines as the community and the technology evolve. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and communicate material changes through the Services.
